Bird Eating Day

Gathering of people from your heritage
Staring at the edible animal full of leavened, cooked, seasoned dough
Passing of words around a surface on stilts
Putting a feast on a glass object
Humans you know munching down at a wooden object on all fours
Happy thoughts of what makes you greatful
The best 24 hours of a year

Two Tone Poem

Today I am Gold
Gold like the sun off of a Seattle sky scraper
I fell happy and valued
I have a great gold godly grin

Usually I am just a horrible blue
A blue that is sad and unlucky
A blue that kills
I feel dead and unwanted
These colors are me and I'm glad that today i feel gold
